Sync Your Wearables with the Eli App

The Eli app now connects with Apple Health, WHOOP, Oura, FitBit, and Garmin so you can see how your heart works in sync with your hormones. By pairing BPM data with real-time cortisol readings, you get a clearer picture of how stress, workouts, and recovery show up in your body.

What’s new?

  • Seamless sync. One-tap connection with Apple Health, WHOOP, Oura, FitBit, and Garmin. No downloads or data exports required.

  • Real-time pairing. Track how cortisol responds to heart-rate changes during workouts, stress events, or rest.

  • Smart nudges. Get prompted to run a test after a high-BPM event so you do not miss important peaks

  • Coming soon. Sleep, HRV, and cycle tracking integrations.

Why does it matter?

  • Spot patterns by comparing steady-state runs, HIIT, or stressful meetings to see which causes cortisol spikes.

  • Check recovery by looking at morning cortisol alongside resting heart rate for a quick snapshot of how ready you are for the day.

  • Connect the dots by matching stressful moments in your calendar with hormone highs.

This update turns raw data into practical insight so you understand not just what your body is doing but also why.

Getting started.

  1. Update Eli to the latest version (Version 1.0.4, at the time of writing).

  2. Go to “Settings”→ select “Third-Party apps”.

  3. Select Apple Health, WHOOP, Oura, Fitbit or Garmin.

  4. Go to the selected app and grant “heart-rate permission”.

FAQs.

Is this only available on iOS?

Yes, Android support is coming soon.

What if my wearable isn’t listed?

Tell us here. We prioritize new integrations by user demand.

How is my data protected?

Eli only pulls the heart-rate data you agree to share. That transfer is not end-to-end encrypted by Apple, WHOOP, Oura, FitBit, or Garmin. You can revoke permission at any time by going to “Settings” and selecting “Integrations”.
