Your Eli Test may not have developed properly.

1. Ensure the test strip is fully extended, revealing the colored dot at the end of the cartridge
2. Make sure enough saliva is collected. Actively use your tongue to draw saliva onto the Collection Pad during the one-minute collection time.

You can place the Eli Test anywhere in your mouth. The Eli Test can sit above the tongue, below the tongue, or on the sides of the mouth. Do not chew on the sample pad at the end of the Eli Test strip.

The QR code on the Eli Test allows the Eli App to identify the Eli Test. It provides information about your Eli Test to the Eli App.

The Eli App is compatible with iOS 15 and above. While the app is currently available only on iOS (download here), we will be releasing an Android version shortly.
