Eli Monthly Giveaway — Official Rules.

1. Sponsor

The ELI Monthly Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Eli Health Inc.,

1001 Rue Lenoir, Suite B520, Montréal, Quebec H4C 2Z6 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

The Giveaway is void outside the United States and Canada, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

No purchase necessary.

To enter, participants must:

  • Submit a valid email address through the ELI popup at eli.health, and

  • Remain subscribed to the ELI mailing list at the time of the monthly drawing.

Limit one (1) entry per person per month. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

4. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on the first day of each calendar month at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on the last day of the same month at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Entries do not roll over to subsequent months.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will be selected each month to receive one (1) ELI test pack (4 tests).

Approximate retail value (ARV): $100 USD.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.

  • The drawing will occur within seven (7) days following the end of the month.

  • The winner will be notified via email from an official @eli.health address.

  • The winner must respond within five (5) business days to confirm eligibility and claim the prize.

  • If no response is received within that time, an alternate winner may be selected.

Canadian residents must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to claim the prize (required by Canadian law).

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the month.

8. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if technical issues, fraud, or other causes compromise the integrity of the promotion.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries;

  • Technical or human error; or

  • Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or the use of the prize.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with ELI’s Privacy Policy:

Email addresses will be used solely for communications from ELI and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent for the Sponsor to use their first name and city/province/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of:

  • Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) for Canadian residents, and

  • The State of New York, United States for U.S. residents.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located within these jurisdictions.
