CES Cortisol Champion - Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions of the Competition


Eligibility:

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Participation is open only to individuals who join the Eli waitlist during the contest period.
  • The contest begins on the 7th of January /2025 and ends on the  21 of January 2025. Referrals made outside this timeframe will not count toward the leaderboard.

How to Participate:

  • Join the Eli waitlist to receive a unique referral code.
  • Share your code with friends and family.
  • Each successful signup using your code will earn you points, moving you up the leaderboard.
  • Prizes:
    • The individual at the top of the leaderboard at the end of the contest period will win 1 year of Eli testing, valued at $2400.
    • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

Leaderboard Updates:

Leaderboard rankings will be updated periodically and sent via emails to participants.

In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined based on the timestamp of the final qualifying referral.


Disqualification:

Participants found to be engaging in fraudulent or unethical behavior (e.g., creating fake accounts) will be disqualified.


Liability:

  • Eli Health is not responsible for technical issues, such as internet outages or system malfunctions, that may affect participation.
  • By participating, users agree to release Eli Health from any liability related to the contest.
  • Privacy:
    • By joining the contest, participants consent to the use of their email addresses for communication regarding the contest.
    • Personal data will be handled in accordance with Eli Health’s Privacy Policy.
  • Modification or Termination:
  • Eli Health reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances arise.

Shipping

Shipping of tests to the competition winner is subject to compliance with the regulatory requirements of the recipient's country.
